About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with a proven track record of delivering value and business benefits through effective stakeholder engagement and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and value
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and operational teams
- Provide accurate and timely reporting through the design and implementation of appropriate contractual KPIs
- Deliver mature supplier relationships, innovative contract models, and long-term value through service excellence
Requirements:
- Strong commercial mindset underpinned by traditional commercial and contract management expertise
- Experience gained in client organizations or cost consultancies would be beneficial
- Extensive experience in the construction sector with a strong working knowledge of industry-standard forms of contract and commercial models
- Working knowledge of the NEC4 suite of contracts would be an advantage
- Excellent track record of stakeholder engagement and management - up to and including board level
- QS background/MRICS would be beneficial
