About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Theatre team at Euxton Hall Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality surgical scrub services in orthopaedic theatres, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament procedures.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and quality improvement initiatives in the Theatre department.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Surgical scrub experience in orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament procedures.
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character.
