The Role: Skilled Joiner
  • Collaborate effectively with existing team members on various projects.
  • Execute a range of joinery tasks across both large and small commercial projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently to the highest standard.
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to strict health and safety protocols, including conducting point-of-work risk assessments for every task.
  • Maintain clear communication with Site Management, Project Managers, and Helpdesk regarding project progress and any required time extensions.
  • Work closely with our control hub to ensure prompt and efficient response to all work requests, independently or as part of a team.
  • Provide detailed written reports (PDA) of completed works to keep both the GFM and client's CAFM systems up-to-date.
  • Interact professionally with various clients and customers on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate time records for all tasks completed.
