About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Modern Milkman. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and creative content for our social media channels, including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, innovation, and competitor activity to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  • Build relationships with social media influencers and local content creators to expand our reach and engagement.
  • Take ownership of scheduling content across all platforms and analyze monthly social media performance to demonstrate a measurable ROI.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in social media management and video production/editing.
  • Strong expertise in social media marketing, with a deep understanding of various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Solid experience in content creation, from idea to execution, with a portfolio of engaging and creative content.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling captions and craft meaningful social media content.
