Job Title: Electrical Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Mitie. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical infrastructure systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing and installing electrical infrastructure systems, particularly in the renewable or embedded generation sector. You should also possess industry authorizations, such as DNO, IDNO, or ICP experience, and AP or SAP authorizations.

In addition, you will need to have excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. You should be familiar with relevant construction industry standards, processes, and procedures, including DNO G81, Sect 50, and HSE guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications, and have a good working understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, and maintain electrical infrastructure systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Manage project risks, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and construction supervisors to ensure smooth project execution
About the Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000-£75,000, depending on experience.
