Job Opportunity: Trainee English Teacher


We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Trainee English Teacher. As a Trainee English Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and abilities, providing learning sessions and support to help them achieve their academic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Deliver high-quality teaching and learning sessions to students, focusing on GCSE and A-Level exams.
  2. Work closely with the Class Teacher to plan, deliver, and manage lessons, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  3. Provide individualized support to students, addressing their specific needs and abilities.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development, including specialized on-the-job training and teacher training opportunities.
  5. Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student engagement and motivation.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in English, preferably with a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK University. Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
