To succeed as a Secondary School Teacher, you must have:

• Obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or BA in Education,
• Experience of teaching within the UK,
• The correct Education and Training,
• Ability to set high standards,
• Capacity to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
• Skills to plan innovative and creative lessons,
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver the curriculum.
