Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts to meet business needs
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize stock
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff
