About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our Property Maintenance team at Platform Housing Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, including patch repair work and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and replace roofs
  • Deliver tile and slate, felting, flat roofs, ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, pointing, and rainwater gutters and downpipes
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet the needs of our customers and deliver high-quality work
Requirements
  • Significant roofing experience
  • Time-served or roofing qualification
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Full driving license
  • DBS check
