We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitting Specialist to join our team at Sourced Recruitment Limited.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the precision assembly of armoured vehicles and their components, as well as the installation of complex sub-systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the company's activities at our sites, customers, or sub-contract facilities.
  2. Hands-on assembly of electro/mechanical assemblies including any of the following:
  3. Assembly of mechanical and electrical components
  4. Inspection
  5. Working with various mechanical equipment
  6. Working with various chemicals
  7. Reading schematic drawings
  8. Support continuous improvement initiatives to include lean manufacturing principles.
  9. Assist the Production Manager on performance (KPI's).
  10. Contribute towards assisting in building a motivated team to increase morale.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
