We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As a leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with top clients and candidates to supply permanent jobs in the Asbestos market.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out in-depth demolition, refurbishment, and management surveys on long-term Healthcare, Educational, and Government sites.
- Ensure the maintenance of our client's professional reputation by adhering to industry guidelines and regulations.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to provide asbestos consultancy advice and gather information for detailed comprehensive reports.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at meetings and site visits.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide advice on remediation and removal projects.
- Holding the BOHS P402 is essential to the role.
- Holding the BOHS P403 / P404 would be beneficial to the role but not essential.
- Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working on Commercial and Industrial contracts.
- Able to organise own work load and schedule.
- Knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work to strict deadlines.
