About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Acton. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a company vehicle, tools, and travel expenses covered, as well as health insurance and retirement plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation.
  • Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Techical Skills: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
