HR Coordinator Opportunity

Well Placed HR is seeking an ambitious HR professional to join their team as an HR Coordinator. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to take the reins on the people function for a multi-site professional services organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary site contact for employee queries
  • Managing all aspects of the company's recruitment process
  • Leading the onboarding and induction process
  • Ongoing review of remuneration, rewards, and benefits to ensure the business remains highly competitive
  • Managing training and development programs to ensure all staff have access to CPD
  • Developing staff wellbeing initiatives
  • Supporting senior management with HR-related tasks

The ideal candidate will have similar experience, ideally gained within professional services, and be working towards CIPD level 5. A driving license and regular access to a car are also required.

This is a full-time and permanent position based at the head office in Taunton, with regular travel to other sites throughout Somerset.
