Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Bar Lounge Waiter/ess to join our team. As a Bar Lounge Waiter/ess, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a hospitable atmosphere, and crafting memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet all bar guests warmly to ensure a hospitable atmosphere.
- Craft memorable experiences for guests while delivering prompt and professional service.
- Familiarise yourself with all bar menus and special offers, maintaining efficient communication.
- Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a luxury environment is desired. You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
