We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Strategy Director to join our team at Group M Worldwide Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to develop and execute comprehensive media plans that meet or exceed client objectives.

- Leverage expertise in data analysis and market trends to optimize media campaigns and improve ROI.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of media professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media leadership roles, preferably in a global agency environment.
- Proven track record of driving growth and improving ROI through strategic media planning and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
