As a Warehouse Team Captain, you will be responsible for managing stock accuracy levels within the depot and ensuring that stock loaded into trailers matches drivers' paperwork.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for managing stock accuracy levels within the depot
  • Checking the accuracy of incoming deliveries
  • Monitoring audit data to provide performance feedback to team members
  • Performing weekly supervision with each team member
  • Ensuring own and team KPIs are met

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to actively respond to verbal instructions and audible warning devices. They will also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Requirements:
