Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our North east team, responsible for delivering high-profile infrastructure projects in the transportation, utilities, and highways sectors.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of administering contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for building effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and budget management.
  • Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders.

Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
