Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
    • Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is highly desirable
  • Skills
    • In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and retrofit strategies
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project)
