Strategic Scheduling Coordinator

Job Overview
\. Anord Mardix is seeking a Strategic Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Kendal, Castle Mills. This role involves coordinating the weekly IBar production planning schedule meeting and publishing daily and weekly look-ahead schedules reporting relevant data and information across project stakeholders.\.\\[ul]\Track and report production schedule changes and related documentation.\[li]Provide accurate Master Planning Schedule data to drive correct MRP action for build and buy decisions.\[li]Organize and coordinate the weekly IBar production planning schedule meeting.\[li]Publish daily and weekly look-ahead schedules reporting relevant data and information across project stakeholders.\[li]Contribute to the monthly Business Planning meeting.\[li]Calculate compile and communicate business performance against key performance indicators and performance metrics.\[li]Support the business Schedulers with their day to day administrative tasks.\[li]Work closely with all Key stakeholders across the business.\[/ul]
Based on industry standards and experience, the estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
\. Required Skills and Qualifications: \. We are looking for someone with experience in Demand Management and Business Analytics, advanced IT skills particularly in MS Project, Excel, Word etc, proficient in project management controls and understand multi-function projects requiring both internal and external resources.
