About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by planning and delivering a variety of leisure and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity programs that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing for our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities and services.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Be creative and flexible in planning and delivering activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes resident engagement.
