About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and attention. This may involve supporting residents with their personal care, assisting with meal times, and providing companionship and emotional support.

Your Responsibilities
• Assist residents with their daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with meal times, including serving and assisting with feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their well-being
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents are safe and comfortable at all times
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities, as required
