Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of cleaning staff and ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the necessary materials are available to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
