Job Overview

SAP HCM Architect

Experis IT is seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure SAP HCM ECC6 solutions in the OM and PA areas.
  • Analyze existing SAP HCM solutions to understand data flows, system triggers, and downstream processes.
  • Identify and document HR data managed by SuccessFactors and create employee 'mini masters' to ensure processes continue to work within ECC/S4 and downstream systems.
  • Design SuccessFactors to S/4 integration for employee data.
  • Develop detailed mappings of 'source to target' data.
  • Work independently and manage own activities and priorities.
  • Plan and run design and solution workshops with clients.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own activities and priorities.
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
