Job Title: Academic Learning Support Professional

Are you a passionate SEN teacher looking to make a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Remedy Education, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual students' needs
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to create a holistic approach to each child's education
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies for positive outcomes
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching SEN students
  • Strong understanding of special educational needs, including autism and learning difficulties
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills
  • Compassionate, flexible approach with a passion for supporting students with additional needs

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around £40,000 per annum, based on experience. Location: Epping.
