Our Scottish Building Society is seeking an experienced Corporate Member Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building relationships and finding solutions through regular contact and increasing awareness of our service offering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting growth and retention of existing members and acquisition of new members through online platforms. This will involve building relationships with members and stakeholders, processing transactions and promoting online services, handling customer complaints and account maintenance, reviewing and updating operating procedure manuals, participating in project work, and training colleagues.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience), a generous pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please apply today.
