Aircraft Technician/Mechanic Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Technician/Mechanic to join our team at MPI Limited. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for undertaking repair activities on Boeing and Airbus aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, repair, and overhaul structural aviation components, including cargo doors, spoilers, ailerons, flaps, elevators, rudders, radomes, winglets, fairings, composite structure, slats, main entry doors, and landing gear doors.
  • Work in a workshop environment, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge to ensure high-quality repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar MRO background or aerospace-trained apprentice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Boeing and Airbus aircraft components.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

This is a Monday to Friday, day shift position with start and finish times of 08:00 to 17:00 hours.
