Commercial Refurbishment Project Manager

* Manage all financial aspects of the commercial refurbishment project.
* Handle subcontractor procurement, contract management, and valuations.
* Provide detailed cost forecasting and financial reporting.
* Prepare and agree on final accounts in collaboration with the team.
* Conduct regular site visits to assess financial impact and project progress.
* Collaborate closely with the project team and client to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
* Address contractual claims and ensure accurate pricing of variations and changes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a strong background in cost management and financial control.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software.
