As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Store Leadership, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support the growth and development of the business.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Identifying and selecting the best candidates for store leadership positions
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Building relationships with existing employees to encourage internal promotions and career development
  • Providing coaching and training to store managers to help them develop their leadership skills

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
