Access Talent Group is partnering with a reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy to find an experienced Senior or Principal Ecologist for their Sheffield office. This role offers the chance to lead ecological surveys, produce high-quality reports, and liaise with clients on large-scale projects across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff. They will be responsible for managing ecological surveys, communicating with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality consultancy services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who can support business development and help grow the business. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Besides leading ecological surveys, the role involves project management, communication with clients, and helping to grow the business. We are looking for someone who can take initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team.
