About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Factors Engineer to join our Central Engineering function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide human factors integration support in the design of products and processes.

  • You will capture and manage requirements, risks, and opportunities.
  • You will offer design guidance and conduct testing and evaluation.
  • You will support acceptance and review.

Your Background:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of human factors principles and practices.

You must also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

A degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics/Psychology or a related field is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

We are offering a competitive salary of £53,928 for this role, plus a range of benefits including employee share plans and flexible health and wellbeing benefits.
