Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on Plant Supervisor to join our team at our Gloucester Plant. As a Supervisor, you will have the autonomy to run your own site and play a key part in our concrete production within the area, ensuring the site runs smoothly to meet the needs of our local customers.
Key Responsibilities- Batching concrete and ensuring the site is kept clean, tidy, and safe with the support of our wider team.
- Liaising regularly with our distribution teams and hauliers to ensure we're meeting our customers' needs.
- Experience in a similar role or environment such as asphalt, aggregates, concrete, cement, quarrying, or mining.
- Hardworking, reliable, and professional individual with good communication skills.
- NVQ Wheeled Loading Shovel licence is desirable, however full training would be given to the successful applicant.
- Experience of working in an environment where Health and Safety is paramount.
