We're a leading UK retailer of home appliances and electricals, offering a wide range of products to our customers.

We're looking for a skilled Senior Commercial Analyst to join our finance team, focusing on commercial performance in our UK Retail Business.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by developing accurate forecast models, investigating key drivers of revenue and profitability, and implementing effective reporting strategies for senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management, Finance Teams, Traders, Supply chain, and the wider Commercial team to impact AO's performance and strategy.

As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for producing and distributing the UK Retail P&L, understanding key drivers of revenue and profitability, and building forecasting models on performance and future value.

You'll also analyse market share and areas of over/under performance, support the business for all relevant sales and profitability metrics, and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong analytical mindset, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to manage a team. You should have experience working within a commercial, analytical, or accounting function and be highly numerate.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme, pension, and discounts across our product range.
