We are seeking an experienced Linux DevOps Engineer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement technical solutions through governance and change management
  • Provide support for deployed solutions and contribute to future developments
  • Provide third-line support for our IT infrastructure estate and supported applications
  • Work with outsourcing partners and multiple specialist support organisations
  • Develop and maintain automation knowledge in CI/CD and source control using GIT
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Linux security best practices and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with the team to analyse and provide solutions following best practices
  • Administer IT systems and provide third-line support in medium/large environments
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the business
  • Self-motivated and capable of organising tasks with some man-management and presentation skills experience
