Fleet Support Role
Support the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our fleet by maintaining accurate records and ensuring our Distribution Management System is up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Update the Distribution Management System daily with accurate data.
- Debrief drivers at the end of their duty and ensure Isotrak, Business Asset Tracker, and Vision FTA systems are updated daily.
- Issue vehicle keys and logbooks according to Royal Mail standards.
- Download digital tacho cards as per Royal Mail policy.
- Conduct daily debriefs with drivers, addressing any unresolved issues.
- Ensure planned vehicle maintenance is completed and maintenance records are up to date.
About You
- Organized, independent, and adaptable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to input data accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Possess a full UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points for driving up to 3.5t vehicles.
