About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Appoint Group's brand new state-of-the-art 15 Bed CAMHS Eating Disorders Hospital in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with eating disorders, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions, effective communication, and a positive patient experience.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in eating disorders treatment and care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in Eating Disorders, CAMHS, or PICU
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
