  • Boutique Operations:
    • Respecting all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
    • Participating in inventories.
    • Assisting with set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
    • Implementing Visual Merchandising guidelines.
    • Assisting with special projects when requested.
    • Undertaking administrative tasks and stock room related tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of successful achievement within a luxury retail environment.
  • A sales-oriented target-driven background.
  • Excellent customer service credentials.
  • Experience dealing effectively with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English; ideally one or more relevant touristic languages (European, Arabic, Chinese).
  • IT literate.
  • A strong communicator with empathy and good interpersonal competences.
  • Result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A team-player with empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
