About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to develop their skills and knowledge as an Electrical Engineer. Working closely with a fully qualified team member, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of electrical work, including re-wiring, consumer unit upgrades, fault finding, and testing.

Responsibilities
  • Shadow experienced professionals to learn industry-standard methods and techniques
  • Conduct home re-wires, consumer unit upgrades, and other electrical tasks under supervision
  • Develop essential skills in areas like lighting, socket extensions, security systems, and more
Requirements
  • Prior experience in electrical work (not essential)
  • Ability to drive for site work and traveling to training sessions
  • GCSE in Maths at grade C or above
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Training and Development

You will be enrolled in a Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, completing qualifications such as the NVQ Diploma in Engineering Maintenance and Installation and Essential Communication Skills.
