Learning Support Assistant

Milk Education is a leading education supply agency that provides talented professionals like you to local schools. As a SEN learning support assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver personalized support to children with autism.
Your main duties will be:
- To support children with autism in a classroom setting
- To assist the class teacher in developing and implementing individualized support plans
- To engage students in activities that promote their social, emotional, and academic growth
- To maintain a safe and supportive environment during lunchtime, including snacks, clubs, feeding, and changing students as necessary
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year. Benefits include direct links to local schools, free lesson plans, and access to our innovative recruitment platform. We prioritize safeguarding and expect all staff to share this commitment. Please note that applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide two professional references.
