About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CSA Administrator to join our team at SMT GB. As a key member of our Customer Support Agreements team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our CSA processes and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and validate contract documentation submitted by regional sales teams, resolving any discrepancies or variations.
  • Create maintenance plans in our ERP system to schedule planned service jobs accurately.
  • Facilitate the installation of telematics devices as necessary.
  • Manage all renewals, modifications, or cancellations in our ERP system, ensuring seamless updates to related services.
  • Perform billing processes and customer collections for various agreement types (monthly, per visit, hourly).
  • Supervise our shared mailbox and promptly address customer inquiries.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer service or support environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is an advantage.
Desirable Skills

While not essential, experience in contract administration within the construction or heavy machinery industry, or a basic understanding of financial principles related to service agreements, would be beneficial.
