About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the consolidation of the UKI forecast, annual budgeting process, and operating plan variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic analysis to support the creation of the overall business plans
  • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports
  • Conduct analysis and provide insight to Finance Leadership
  • Build strong relationships with Business Partners to drive profitable growth
  • Contribute to process excellence by identifying improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a FP&A or Business Partnering role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent business analysis skills and proficiency with analytical tools
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
