Industrial Process Optimization Engineer

The Industrial Process Optimization Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing and production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, as well as analyzing data to identify areas for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns in production data.
- Improvement Implementation: Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Communication: Effectively communicate process improvements and results to stakeholders.
About the Position:
- Qualifications: HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Background in FMCG, Pharma, or Food industries with experience in process, packing, or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with ISO13485, FDA, or TUV-regulated environments is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Location: Must live within one hour of site and be able to participate in an on-call rota.
- Annual Salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
