Bloomberg Freelance Desk Producer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Desk Producer to support our production teams for Bloomberg TV and Radio. This part-time role will involve working on a flexible schedule starting in July 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling narratives for broadcast from complex news stories.
  • Source and integrate video and graphics elements into productions.
  • Work accurately under deadline pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborate with teams to adapt to different workflows and communication methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a live news/production environment.
  • Strong editorial, storytelling, communication, and editing skills.
  • Flexibility with hours as needed.
  • Background in journalism and passion for the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest in business, finance, and economics.
