Treaty Administration Manager

Arthur is seeking an experienced Outwards Reinsurance Technician to join our team as a Treaty Administration Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for administering outwards reinsurance programs, including data preparation and processing of premiums, claims, and recoveries. You'll also work closely with finance, claims, and underwriting teams to ensure seamless reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in an outwards reinsurance role within the Lloyd's or London market, with strong knowledge of reinsurance processes, treaty agreements, and related regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reinsurance administration systems are also beneficial. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.

In this role, you'll play a key role in managing reinsurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the renewal process by providing accurate data and insights for decision-making.
