About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our Scale team. This role involves working closely with agile, technology-focused brands to help them realize value from their investment in Braze.

You'll be responsible for owning client renewals, retention, and net retention targets, as well as being the main point of contact and trusted advisor at Braze. You'll partner with Account Executives to provide an excellent customer experience and ensure commercial alignment.

As a key member of our team, you'll drive feature adoption by building shared success plans with customers, providing strategic guidance, enablement, and day-to-day advice to help them hit their objectives with Braze. You'll also proactively analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities and risks to account health.

Maintaining ongoing regular contact with customers via ad-hoc communications, regular check-ins, events, and Executive Business Reviews is crucial. Additionally, you'll advocate for your customers, soliciting and synthesizing customer product feedback to contribute to product development.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a related area, such as Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementations, or Project Management. You'll possess excellent communication skills, a high level of intellectual curiosity, and domain knowledge of two or more areas like SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.
