As an Academic Skills Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in Chesterfield. Working closely with the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will deliver the school's personalised curriculum and develop effective lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, be patient, and able to communicate effectively with students aged 11-16.

About the Role:
- Deliver the school's personalised curriculum to pupils with SEN
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils with challenging behaviour

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS certification
- A valid driving license and access to a car with business insurance
- Experience working with pupils with SEND and SEMH needs

Estimated Salary: £15,000 - £25,600 per annum
