We are seeking a highly skilled High-Speed Equipment Refurbishment Professional to join our team at Ingenia Resourcing and Recruitment Ltd. As a High-Speed Equipment Refurbishment Professional, you will be responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment of high-speed turbo units. This role requires a strong background in mechanical repair and precision engineering.
About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to strip and inspect turbo units, clean parts, replace damaged components, balance turbos, and perform quality control checks. The ideal candidate should have a good general mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and be organized with logical thinking skills. Supervisory experience is beneficial.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical principles and practices, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. They should also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
