About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Property Paralegal to join our team. As a Senior Residential Property Paralegal, you will support the head of department in all aspects of residential property work, including assisting with conveyancing transactions, preparing legal documents, conducting searches, and liaising with clients and third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with conveyancing transactions, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting searches, and liaising with clients and third parties.
- Support the head of department in all aspects of residential property work, including providing guidance and training to junior team members.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations, ensuring that the team is aware of any changes that may impact their work.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a residential property paralegal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and third parties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confidence in speaking to new clients on a daily basis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
