About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer with expertise in JCT and NEC contracts to work with our large construction team, advising on contractual matters and disputes.

The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of post-qualification experience and be able to demonstrate strong technical competence and intellectual ability, as well as commercial awareness and good communication skills.

We offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working with 3 days flexible office attendance, and value candidates with construction experience from leading law firms, in-house legal experience at major contractors or public bodies, and those with technical competence and intellectual ability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing advice on contractual matters and disputes
