The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading biscuit manufacturer and contribute to the smooth operation and maintenance of their wrapping machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-speed wrapping machines and checkweighers with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate coding and completion of daily production documentation.
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards, adhering to 'clean as you go' procedures.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of quality standards and Health and Safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience in operating and maintaining industrial machinery, preferably wrapping machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols rigorously.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with TPM practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
