Transportation Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Transportation Trainer to join our team in delivering high-quality education within a prison setting. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a positive impact on the lives of adult learners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Warehousing training up to Level 2, as well as identifying individual learning needs and developing comprehensive lesson plans. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Warehousing training up to Level 2
• Identify individual learning needs and develop comprehensive lesson plans
• Collaborate with the education department to ensure learner success
• Develop and maintain relationships with learners and colleagues

Requirements:

• Five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics
• A Degree, or professional qualification, relevant to the work
• Teaching Qualification
• Knowledge and experience of current teaching and learning strategies
• Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £31,500 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package
